God set the ultimate example of giving by the sacrificial gift of His own Son (Ephesians 5:2), (John 3:16). Every good and perfect gift comes from Him, so the resources with which He has blessed us ultimately belong to Him (James 1:17). It is our responsibility to be good stewards of those resources and give back to the Lord a portion of them, however He may lead. The need for spiritual renewal is great. There are millions of people here in America and around the world who still do not know Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.
